Ms. Clancy is dedicated to improving access to educational programs, services, and interventions necessary for children with special needs. All children have an inalienable right to benefit from their education, to achieve their goals, and to reach for the stars. She has successfully represented children with all disabilities, levels of need, and ages up to 22 years of age.
In assessing attorney fees on a case, Ms. Clancy offers a sliding scale for legal representation based upon a family's ability to pay. No child with special needs should go unrepresented in a process that is not only intimidating to parents, but is also highly litigated by the local education agencies.
